📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Shipping Time

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select cities).
Delivery timelines may vary due to factors like weather, location, or courier delays.

We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact our customer support.

💰 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 will be applicable.
Express delivery charges (if opted) will be calculated at checkout.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking number with you via email/SMS. You can track your package using the courier’s tracking portal.

❗ Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support Team.
In case of a lost shipment, we will either resend your order or initiate a full refund as per our policy.

🛑 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to confirm the address. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
